We love gyros! Kemal says gyros are basically a Greek version of the soft taco, and he’s right.

Syrian Onion Bread

Fresh mint and onion give this wonderful flat bread a  lovely subtle flavor without being overpowering. The bottom is a bit crunchy while the top is soft and chewy. For me, it was perfect.
