
In Bosnia-Herzegovina where Kemal’s from, pljeskavica (pronounced Pee-eh-ska-veets-suh ) is a very popular meal. It’s basically ground meat mixed with mineral water, bread crumbs, and spices, and then shaped into very large patties and grilled.
