I made these fish and spinach tartlets with filo dough for dinner last night.
They’re mild but full of flavor. They taste so good, and the buttery filo dough and creamy mascarpone cheese and yogurt sauce inside just melts in your mouth.:)

Chicken salads are okay. I like them, but I’ve gotten tired of them.
I prefer blackened fish salads. Basically you make a coleslaw and serve the fish on top of it.

I made a double batch of Bosnian pita bread (lepinje) this morning, and as soon as the bread was done, we sliced two of the warm pitas in half and quickly made the filling for tuna melts.

We both love fried fish or blackened fish, but occasionally we’ll make baked fish with a crust. Last night I made a Parmesan crusted fish. It’s really quick and easy to prepare and tastes great!
