Lamb and Beef Gyros

We love gyros…lamb, chicken, beef, or veggie…doesn’t matter. I’ll take one of each please!

Napa Cabbage Beef Stew

Neither Kemal nor I had tried Napa cabbage until last night. We picked some up at the grocery store the other day, and Kemal made us a hearty stew with it.

Beef and Vegetable Moussaka

Last night Kemal made a wonderful moussaka for us for dinner. It’s a wholesome and incredibly delicious meal that’s perfect on a cold, winter day.
