Honey Cinnamon Rolls

I tried raw honey for the first time last week and fell in love. It’s so creamy, and the taste is exquisite! It’s so good I can eat it just from the spoon, but I also enjoy it on bread. I wanted to make something sweet that featured raw honey and decided to make my own version of cinnamon rolls.

They were easy to make and they turned out absolutely divine!! :) Here’s the one I ate.

Oh man…every single bite was just out-of-this world!! :) Give it a try and see for yourself. :)

Here’s a photo of the dough after it rose and I rolled it out. You can see I rolled the dough into a fairly thin rectangular shape.

Here’s a picture of the dough after I brushed melted butter on it and then sprinkled brown sugar and cinnamon on it:

Here’s a photo of how to roll the dough. Start on the long side and roll until your dough is in a log shape.

I think I cut mine into 14 pieces or so. After that, I placed each roll in the prepared pan(s), making sure they’re not touching each other.

Here’s a picture of how they looked after I baked them.

And finally, here’s a picture of how they looked after I took them out of the oven, let them cool a little and then drizzled raw honey on the top of them.

They’re wonderful warm or cold. :)
