Lebanese Green Beans (Lubyi Bi Zayt)

Although this is generally served as a side item for a meal, Kemal and I enjoy it as a main course. It’s a wonderful meal when served with bread fresh from the oven, and it’s satisfying without being too filling. It has a beautiful taste, and I love the slight crunch of the green beans.

This is one to make again and again, especially if you have a garden that’s producing a lot of beans and tomatoes. :)
