Vesna’s recipe calls for regular mayonnaise, but Kemal and I use a chipotle mayo that has a bit of a kick to it. Vesna also uses dill pickles in her salad, but I used the lime pickles my mom and dad make. In my opinion, the lime pickles and chipotle made the salad extra special.
I just had some for breakfast this morning, and I can’t wait until I have some with my dinner tonight. It’s so yummy!
