Mashed Potato Bread
If you have some leftover mashed potatoes in your refrigerator, a great way to use them up is to either make some mashed potato patties, or you can make mashed potato bread. My father makes some wonderful mashed potato patties, and I’ll give you the recipe for that later. For now, I will tell you how to make a mashed potato bread that’s soft and moist but strong enough to use as sandwich bread.

Besides that, it’s yummy to boot!
I usually prefer the outside of my bread to be crunchy while the inside is soft, but for some reason, I was in the mood for my bread to be soft on both the interior and exterior. So I baked it at a lower temperature than the recipe called for, and I was very happy with the result.
